Too much time taken. Drop time was mentioned during booking as 7.05 but actually dropped at 11.15. Worst worst.

Dropping was very slow. They mentioned in the app that at 6 o'clock they would drop us at Mattuthavani, but they reached at 8:30 a.m. After that, they asked us to wait for some time to drop in Periyar since members from some other bus were coming, so together we could drop at Periyar. It was very slow, and we have a lot of work to do. They are making us wait for their own convenience.

The bus was three hours late. Very worst service. The bus was very noisy so I couldn’t get a proper sleep. Booked the ticket for XXXXX total waste of money. Would never travel again and will never recommend this travels to anyone.
