Bus time was 8:20 but it arrived at 9:50. Live tracking was not working at all.

The bus was good. But the driver and the conductor were horrible. The bus was 2 hours late from the start. The conductor would not stop using the phone. I had requested the driver and conductor for a toilet break. He kept driving for 2 hours and kept saying next half hour. Helpline was equally bad. Very bad experience. Especially the behaviour of the conductor was very bad.

The bus was already delayed by 3 hours. At least it should have been stopped for a break in a proper place. It was not done.

The driver was so rude and the bus was delayed by almost 2 hours to the pickup point and also reached Coimbatore so late. Will is so bad.
