Staff behaviour is very rude. They left the stop before the given time and if we ask why, they shout like, if you want, you can board the bus or else go. This is my bus and we know the rules. Staff behaviour is very bad.

On that night I was travelling while I boarded and started the journey. After a few minutes, the AC was not working, and then they changed to another company vehicle. That bus was also in very poor condition.

Due to only 10 members in the bus, they conducted a drama and changed the bus. Also, they did not reach the destinations of travellers and stopped 10 km away.

I lost money in your bus on my sleep coach. Bus driver and cleaner have taken it and they have not returned it to me. Staff is fraudulent. Even I requested, but they did not give it back.

We booked the ticket on the 19th but we received the ticket and the travel date showed the 20th, I called the local team and they were not responding on the 19th, and after the 19th almost till today I was daily following up but there was no response about my refund.
