Got very late, we were supposed to reach 7.20am, but reached at 9am. No short break stop at 11 as mentioned earlier.

Disappointing experience. I paid XXXX for a Bengaluru to Coimbatore bus booking on 17 October 2026. Due to a technical issue, customer support assured me of a refund within 72 hours. I requested to process my refund promptly and resolve this issue.

Travelling in this bus was great comfort and I’m happy with two rest stops. It is one among the few buses that has dropping points across north Bengaluru. Much appreciated.

Bus was actually late. But the driver drove it well. Having sleep on roadways transport was not that easy because of turns, brakes and vehicle design itself. But though I arrived late, my journey was good and I did not have motion sickness for the first time.
