I travelled from Coimbatore to Chennai today, departing at 8:30 am. Unfortunately, the bus was delayed by approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes due to a breakdown, which raises serious concerns about proper vehicle maintenance. Moreover, it was already 2:40 pm, and the bus had still not stopped for lunch. Neither the driver nor the support staff informed the passengers about the lunch delay or communicated any arrangements. This caused considerable inconvenience to everyone on board. Passengers deserve timely updates, proper vehicle maintenance, and basic facilities during long journeys. Management should take these issues seriously, ensure regular vehicle maintenance, and instruct staff to communicate properly with passengers during unexpected delays. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and hope the management takes immediate corrective action to prevent such incidents in the future.
