Worst staff experience ever! The guy who calls passengers just a few hours before the journey/ before boarding the business to ask for boarding point details is absolutely terrible at his job. His way of speaking is completely unacceptable, and he clearly has no idea how to communicate with passengers respectfully. No manners, no professionalism, and absolutely zero customer service skills. Just because he is calling on behalf of the company doesn't give him the right to speak to passengers however he wants. He seriously needs to learn basic communication and how to behave with customers before being put in a role where he has to deal with people. One of the rudest and most unprofessional staff members I have ever encountered. This kind of attitude is pathetic and reflects very poorly.

Even though they arrived on time for the pickup, they stopped in between for long durations during the night journey. In Bangalore, they stopped for almost an hour for parcel loading at around 5 am. These unnecessary stops and the excessive time taken for parcel loading during the night are really frustrating. Because of this, the bus arrived at the final destination, Mysuru, an hour late.

We had the worst travelling experience, never this bad before. The driver was so arrogant, and the driving was very harsh and fast. Also, he was watching reels while driving. Please take strict action on them.
