Bus was supposed to depart Sagara at 9.30, but departed at 10.30. After that, it also stopped for fuel filling which took another 30 minutes. Seats are not good, very old and unwashed cloths. Reached Bangalore at 7.30 because of delay in departure. Worst service. Do not book this bus.

we are not getting bis driver details or bus number before atleast 30 mnt, same question we asked driver, he told once we shared number all passangers will call, this is not the right way,

Not punctual on time, refused to come to requested location on same route, on the way driver met with an accident, wasted time in a dark mid highway, also there was no stop in the nearest hotels for urination.

Lot of bedbugs and mosquitos. No bedsheet was provided and no space for storage. The main concern is cleanliness and worst pungent smell.
