The seat I booked is US3. In that seat, the side running rod screws across the window were not tight, and it was making continuous noise. Unable to sleep at all. I informed the driver about the issue when we got down during the mid break in the half of the trip, but they were unable to understand and did not provide a proper response. Travels management need to check the seats so that customers will not suffer.

I arrived late by 5 minutes at Kilambakkam bus stand. The bus left without picking me up. I chased the bus but it still left without stopping.
