Bus arrived late. Bus reached destination 5hr late. Very poor condition. AC was ineffective, sweating the entire journey. Bus average speed was 45 km/hr. Staff behaviour was rude. Restroom and food stops were terrible and unimaginably disgusting. I will never travel in this bus and travel partner again.

It was supposed to be dropped in Madhavaram at 10.55 but it dropped me at 1.30 which is not acceptable and bus stopped in between more frequently.

It was stopped in the middle of nowhere for 7 hours when it was just 50 kms from Bengaluru. Until then, no help was provided. When the backup bus came, its seating structure was awfully dirty. The driver did not stop the bus. We had lunch at 3. They only stop where they have set up, regardless of the time. I will never travel with this bus.

The ticket clearly mentioned Miyapur as the dropping point, but we were dropped at Moosapet instead. This caused inconvenience to the passengers. Also, washroom stops were very rare during the journey, which made the travel uncomfortable. Kindly look into these issues and ensure that the promised dropping points are followed and sufficient washroom breaks are provided on future trips.
