I have booked up to Keeliyur but they told me to step down at Velankanni. No one was available except you to travel further, like that they told. Then I stepped down at Velankanni. I have paid XXXXX only for the reason I could step down directly at Keeliyur. But my money and time were wasted.

Worst ever service. Bus departure 2 hrs late from Madurai. Reached only 9 am to Chennai. That too we booked for a particular stop, but we were dropped in a very long stop around 25 kms. Worst worst worst.

It is completely on the management. They let the driver stay at the starting point to fill up the seats, and they never worried about the customers who booked online. Also, there is only one driver for the whole travel and not even a cleaner or assistant to help him announce the upcoming stops.
