Suggested not to travel in this bus. Very poor service. Pickup was scheduled at 4:20 AM but the bus arrived only at 6:40 AM. The boarding point information was incorrect and we were asked to go to another location at the last minute. The AC was not working throughout the journey, even though it was an AC bus, and the staff simply said it couldn't be fixed.

My travel experience was very bad. The bus broke down and stopped for hours, causing huge inconvenience. We were supposed to reach by 8–9 am but reached around 9:30 pm. The buses are not maintained properly, and the management isn't responding responsibly. It was a very poor service and highly disappointing.

No bedsheets provided, ETA was given at 7:30 AM, but dropped by 11:40 AM due to which we missed important meetings. Terrible experience with the travelling.
