Very uncomfortable journey. Will never travel again in this bus. There was no pillow. One attached to bed is merged into bed. When asked, driver rudely tells that we don't provide pillows; we only provide blankets. Also, curtains are not able to tie anywhere. Even if you close your window, curtains will flap highly if there is slight air coming from any other window or main door. Not able to sleep because of flapping of curtains all over our bed. Also noticed, driver left one passenger because he was few mins late. Driver kept on telling him to come to next stops again and again but never helped or waited few mins to board that passenger even though he told he is a patient. One more person with driver was little humble but driver was very rude. If you want a comfortable journey, don't choose this bus.

Had a very good experience with this bus service. The journey was comfortable, the sleeper seats were good and well-maintained, and the bus arrived and dropped passengers on time. Overall, a smooth and pleasant travel experience.

Very poor experience. Full seats are wet from rain. They don't have any solution if rain comes. I booked 2 seats. Once rain came, all seats were wet. I asked the bus driver about the seats being fully wet, and the driver gave me the last seat, which was also totally wet. Very bad experience. They are not taking care of guests, ignoring them.
