Worst service. Bus got breakdown within 2 hours after boarding. then I took 3 house to arrange alternative bus. still traveling worst experience. not booking further with travels.

Drop off location was different. I had to drop off 12 kilometres away from actual drop off. They changed the route after reaching Bengaluru.

The bus arrived over an hour late in the middle of the night without any information, apology, or update. Leaving passengers stranded at such a late hour is completely irresponsible and shows a total lack of respect for customers' time. If you cannot operate on schedule, at least inform passengers about the delay. This kind of poor management is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Very disappointing service.
