Rainwater entered the bus, causing great hardship for the passengers. The side windows lack proper sealing to keep water out. The bus operator is solely focused on collecting fares and shows no concern for the passengers. Be careful when travelling on this bus during the rainy season.

Bus was leaking rain water inside. Scheduled to start by 8pm but started by 9.30pm. Supposed to reach by 7am, reached by 12pm.

Worst ever trip. Please don't book ticket in SMS Travels. Bus came 2 hours late. It took 12 hours to cross 90 km and it went to breakdown. I got down and returned back home. Unsafe and worst bus.

Worst experience ever I had, the bus was full of water. When asking the driver, he did not respond properly and started to shout. He said to contact the manager, but his phone was switched off. Most of the passengers were standing for an hour, including women. Also, the bus was late by 2 hours. My actual reaching time was 9:30 am, but I reached at 2:30 pm. Worst experience. Other buses in this travel company are also in the same situation.
