Staff did not inform us prior and made us travel 30 km to board the bus, which is very unfair. It made me keep another XXXX from my pocket. Try to avoid boarding those travels.

The driver and staff were extremely unprofessional, and the bus was very dirty. They handled the luggage carelessly. There was no live tracking available, and we arrived at our destination an hour and a half late.

Bus reach time to destination is mentioned as 8am, but it reached by 10.15. Two hours delay.

All good with bus and staff behaviour. Seat comfort is average and rest stop hygiene was not good and food as well.

It was late by 1.5 hours. Also, the seats did not have a stand to keep the bags. In addition, there is a pillar kind of thing at the legs, which decreased the height of the seat further.

The bus driver or staff members did not inform early during pickup or drop point and the bus moved after the pickup location and then called us. So it was very difficult for us to move with luggage and even the driver did not stop at the dropping point and moved ahead before stopping. The staff behavior was rude and not even worth travelling in this bus service in future. So please kindly avoid travelling in this bus.
