Subject: Complaint regarding unprofessional bus staff behaviour and poor passenger service dear team, the bus arrived approximately 40 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and the staff member was asking me to come quickly in an inappropriate manner. furthermore, i informed him about the water leaking inside the bus, but instead of addressing my concern properly, he simply stated that it was ac water and that it was normal for it to happen. this is not an acceptable way to treat passengers. regardless of whether the water is coming from the ac, the staff should respond politely, understand the passenger's concern, and ensure that the journey is safe and comfortable. i am extremely disappointed with this unprofessional behaviour and poor customer service. i request you to investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that passengers are treated with respect. please take this complaint seriously and provide me with a proper response.

No bus came to the boarding point. I have booked another bus to reach my destination. When we called the contact number given in the ticket, he said no bus is running on the route. I don't know how the app is not updated. First time faced this kind of issue, and we suffered a lot. Not able to reach the helpdesk as well regarding the issue. Please provide me the helpline number.
