Driver not responding. Driver did not stop at my boarding point. I followed the bus and caught him. Driver behaviour is not good.

Very poor experience. While I was sleeping, water/condensation from the AC area was continuously dripping onto my face and the seat. The AC/metal area was wet, and the seat was also not clean or hygienic. I informed the staff about the issue, but instead of providing a solution, I was told that there were no vacant seats and that I had to adjust. This was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. The bus maintenance, cleanliness, and staff response need serious improvement. I have attached photos showing the condition.
