The bus condition is very bad, seat condition very bad, Volvo suspension not working, and noise of bus in running condition is very terrible. Worst condition of bus is totally third class bus.

The operator responds very rudely, amenities are there but do not work at all, AC was not working properly. Waste of money.

The one who received the call was too rude and didn't even pick the call during emergency. Shock absorption of the bus is too poor. Bus bumps on normal road too.
