Poor travel experience – AC and unsafe driving I had a disappointing experience during my recent journey with this bus operator. 1. AC temperature and no blanket provided: Although it was an AC bus, no blankets were provided to passengers. I could have managed without a blanket if the AC had been comfortable. However, the AC was blowing continuously, and there was no proper way to control the airflow. The cold air was so strong that my legs became freezing, making it very difficult to lie down and sleep comfortably throughout the journey. 2. Rash driving in the name of punctuality: The operator claims to prioritize punctuality, but it felt like the driver was driving rashly to reach the destination on time. Punctuality is important, but it should never come at the expense of passenger safety. Safe driving should always be the top priority. I hope the bus operator takes these concerns seriously and improves passenger comfort and driving safety. A comfortable and safe journey is more important than simply reaching the destination on time.
