Total miscommunication, asked us to come early at 4.30 pm instead of 5.30 pm but finally bus started at 6.30 pm, that too in rain. No clarity of bus number from Munnar and driver was misbehaving.

Drop location they mentioned was Manaparai bus stop but they dropped at outer area. How such irresponsible behaviour with two kids.

Dropped at Theni where the bus was changed. It is a connecting bus to Munnar. It is nowhere specifically mentioned during bus booking. Also, the bus was very delayed.
