Very unhygienic, cockroaches would not let us be in peace. Very, very badly maintained. Driving was fine.

Very bad experience. The bus was not clean, and there were bed bugs which caused bites during the journey. Hygiene and cleanliness need to be improved. Very disappointing experience.

Bus was filled with cockroaches and curtain rod was loose and was making so much sound through out the journey, bed had a dent xx seat. Terrible experience.
