No contact with the bus after booking the tickets, the mobile number given on the ticket was switched off, and no prior call from the travels regarding the bus position from our boarding point. I spoke with the customer service and they tried to contact the bus service. I requested the customer service to cancel my booking with a full refund. I hoped I would get the refund as early as possible as the customer service told me.
