I booked AC ticket but it's cancelled and they didn't tell, so I went in non AC bus. It's very terrible, same bus only but it's non AC. So please refund some money. It's disgusting and app also delayed. It didn't show properly and not updated travel details. When I enter phone number, it's not allowed and showing after try 24 hrs. OTP also came, I entered so many times, they showing wrong OTP like that. So please consider ASAP. Thank you.
