This is the worst trip. I faced a lot of issues. There is no proper seat, no charging portal, and rainwater leaking inside the bus. The driver is so rude.

Worst travel Experience. Very disappointed. Driver number is not working and also when I was call the driver, he answer rudely. I didn't expect this. Never Ever me, my family or my relatives won't use this app anymore. Be aware when you use this app because fraudulent activities are much more here.

We were not given a proper response regarding the dropping location, and we faced a lot of trouble because of this. Kindly look into this issue and ensure that the dropping arrangements are properly communicated in the future.

Very worst bus which I have travelled so far. The seat is very unclean and the seats are in damaged condition, tied the front seat along with rope, it was leaned on the back seat. Worst bus, I am not preferring anyone to book this bus.

Same seat number has been reserved for 2 passengers and luckily there was one seat remaining, so it was managed by the operator but this is to be avoided. Even though the pickup was delayed by 1 hr due to traffic, the drop was just delayed by 15 minutes. This has to be appreciated and kudos to the crews for the time management.

Actually the driver stopped the bus in Thanjavur to change the bus because the glitch was not working. You had to go to the local bus. He changed the bus for us. Totally 10 to 12 people got affected. His worst behaviour was that he told us why you booked this bus and converted us from A/c sleeper bus to seating local bus.

The dropping point location is different and he dropped at a different location and staff behavior is worst.
