Very worst experience, rude behavior of bus owner as a driver,. Using bad words, insult and humiliation to all passengers , all passengers of women and children faced so much problems, no proper response of driver and asked any questions suddenly said leave the bus immediately and complaint and i am not responsible kindly remove the this bus service in services. Thanks.

The boarding point mentioned in the booking details was incorrect and we could not call given mobile no, it showed as not in use. 2. Incorrect Map Location: The map location provided for the boarding point was totally wrong, which made it difficult to find the correct location. 3. Different Bus: The bus shown in the booking details was different from the actual bus that arrived. 4. Poor Cleanliness: All the seats were full of dust and had not been cleaned for more than a month. 5. Staff behavior: The staff behavior was very rude and unprofessional. The way passengers were treated was not acceptable. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I requested you to take these issues seriously and improve the service to provide passengers with a better and more reliable travel experience.
