Subject: Complaint Regarding Refusal to Drop at Booked Location Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding the bus drop service. As per my booking, the bus was supposed to drop us at the selected/booked drop location. However, the driver is refusing to go to the booked location and is insisting on dropping us approximately 4–5 km before the actual destination. I am travelling with my family, including a very young baby (around one and a half months old) and an elderly person. In this situation, it is extremely difficult and unsafe for us to arrange transportation and travel another 4–5 km after being dropped at an incorrect location. The bus is not arriving on time, and cleanliness is not being maintained properly. Also, the noise inside the bus is disturbing and causing discomfort to passengers.

Just because I was alone to travel to my destination, they made me get down midway and changed my bus, which was very disappointing and uncomfortable. I will never choose this bus again. I ignored the particular bus which they made me get in because of previous travel experience and discomfort, and now they hurried and did not even ask for my permission to change.
