Charging socket was not working. I asked multiple times to staff in bus. No solution for that. Continuous noise from other passengers. Not a peaceful journey. Ticket price is not worth for this bus. Feeling uncomfortable in this travel.

No charging sockets are working and when complained to staff they are not even caring. Bus ticket price is too high and I think it is not worth spending that much money on it and also it is non AC.

Everything was worst bus cleanliness, seats, staff not good. Even without crossing Hyderabad city, bus got breakdown. One hour they struggled to get started. We travelled with fear. And also they mentioned while booking free metro rail pick up. After going there, metro ticket counter people said this travels not in our list. I called the bus operator; he told me to take ticket and reach here, we will give money. After reaching there, there was no response. Just cheating the people, they kept free metro pick up.

All our plans have been cancelled and disrupted because of this bus. In this worst case, we should get our refund back. Two hours and forty-five minutes delay. Do not try this bus, anyone.

Bus was breakdown and no alternative bus provided arranged own transport from there no proper management raised ticket for refund waiting for response.
