I personally experienced a safe and comfortable journey especially going to Mantralaya. It's a better journey than the return home. Staff are so kind and friendly. They really care about the passengers. There are two buses to Mantralaya, so I was confused at the boarding time, but then all was good.

Journey was good. I felt luxurious and comfortable with AC. The bus was clean and tidy as well. Driver and staff were good. Picking and dropping point was on time, but dinner time was too late. If the time was earlier, like before 11, it would be good. Apart from that, everything was a happy journey.
