Didn't pick up at the point and asked us to come to another point which cost us again to reach there. Bus staff were arguing with almost 4 passengers and it was difficult to sleep. The bus was not silent for almost 2 hours. Four days ago, it was the same situation with my family members. There were arguments and the way bus staff were talking was not good.
