Bus was 2 and half hours late. No proper timely information. Staff are not professionally behaved. Cleanliness is not good. Fare cost is very high compared to service.

Need to provide in-house toilet or urinal as females are travelling, but no toilet or urinal is available in emergency cases also.

Worst experience ever took 12-1/2 hrs to reach Rajam from VJW. Normally it would take 10 hrs, but so much logistics he stopped bus everywhere.

The bus arrived an hour late, causing me to wait at the pickup point for a significant amount of time. There appears to be a lack of punctuality in this service. I would advise considering alternative options when planning to book tickets.
