Worst experience ever, bus window glass was found broken hence extremely cold air passing throughout from window into whole bus inside. Not even blanket provided so it's horrible suffer whole night. Charging sockets were not working properly and bus was delayed by 1 hour at pick up location.

Bus was not clean. No bed spreads were given. Nearing our stop, the bus was changed. Not satisfied, beds were torn. Affected by skin allergy. As it is a long journey, please improve the service and timings.

Initially they said road is blocked so we can come to pick up point, they shared location and said we will pay cab amount later. He didn't pay.
