It was very bad. I didn’t get any notification before the journey. I had to find out the contact details and called them. Then they asked me to come to a different place, which was very bad. If the bus doesn’t go there, then why do they keep that pick-up point as an option? Then the bus was very crowded. There were extra passengers. Totally, it was a worst experience.

Loaded iron items fill in bus took time 1 hour at Mumbai. Unloaded at Channaray Pattana taking time 1 hour. Reached time also late. It is not good for passenger, taking lots of time.
