I had a very worst and disappointing experience with this bus service. The driver was rude and harsh, the pillow was in terrible condition, the bedsheet was unclean, and there were cockroaches crawling everywhere. The window curtains were dirty and smelled very bad, with absolutely no proper maintenance or hygiene. For a washroom break, the bus stopped on the side of the highway, which was highly inconvenient and concerning. Overall, the service was completely unacceptable. I strongly request to take strict action against this bus operator and reconsider listing such poorly maintained buses on their platform. Passengers deserve basic cleanliness, safety, and respectful treatment. Please ensure that no other passenger has to go through such a horrible experience.

Today, I lost my luggage. When I reached the location, I found out that someone had taken my luggage. I contacted customer support, and they confirmed that someone had taken it. After that, I went to the Majestic office and waited for almost two hours. It was already 9:00, but no one had arrived yet. I’m very disappointed with the delay and would appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

I have received one seat in two berth. One more was empty but the driver added two extra passengers in the middle of the road, unknown and non-received passenger to that one seat. They are adding passengers for money, that is okay, but it should not cause problems and disturbance for received seat passengers. I am really disappointed. I have not slept the whole night because two extra persons were in my seat. It is illegal or rule-breaking to have three people in two seats. One received (me), two unreceived. If anything happened by that unknown person, who will be responsible. It is a waste of reserving the seat in this bus.
