Journey was comfortable. The bus was clean, the seats were comfortable, and the driver drove safely. The journey was smooth, and I reached my destination on time. Overall, it was a pleasant travel experience.

Rating: 1/5 Very disappointing and unsafe experience. The bus was overcrowded with passengers who had not reserved sleeper seats. They were occupying/using reserved berths, placing their bags on our seats, and repeatedly putting their hands into the sleeper compartments while trying to open the screens/curtains to access the seats. This was not just inconvenient—it was a serious safety and privacy concern, especially in a sleeper bus where passengers expect their reserved space to be respected. The operator should strictly allow only passengers with valid reservations into the sleeper section and ensure that reserved berths remain exclusively for the assigned passengers. Proper monitoring by the bus staff is necessary to prevent such situations. I hope the operator takes this seriously and ensures that this does not happen again.
