Language barrier, the driver was not able to communicate the pickup point and the point was mentioned incorrectly on the tracking link as well. The bus also stopped for 2 hrs in between.

The bus is okay. It was punctual and the driving was also good on hairpin loops. The checkpost stop was for almost two hours, but it was breezy, so it wasn't uncomfortable. Overall, it was a fine experience. Cleanliness and rest stop hygiene can be improved.
