Travel got cancelled due to technical issue by the travel service provider. Faced lots of difficulties as it was late night. There were no alternative option. Always platform was very supportive and never faced problem previously. But yesterday I got a big lesson. I was new to the place and keep on calling the travel agent about confirming board pointing and traveller keep on telling about where to reach but had not mentioned any thing about cancellation of bus due to mechanical issues. Suddenly received message around night 9.30 PM about cancellation. Faced lots of difficulties. Even contacted customer care but they were informed they did not have any idea. It was very bad and I will never ever travel through in future.

Bus was cancelled and the most disgusting thing is it was informed just 5 minutes before the departure. This is harassment.

3 class service ticket boarding location Gajuwaka pickup RTc complex. Extra 22 km mentally torture end extra charge.
