Why the bus operator and other staff are not treating us as their customers? There is no proper response on call, like not picking the call. Once picked, they also started yelling like anything, all happening when inquiring about the bus running status. Their behavior gives us a feel like they are taking us in their bus for free of cost. I was waiting at my boarding point for more than one hour with my kid in heavy rain. The bus tracking shows the bus was stopped at the same location for more than 1 hour. I was trying to connect to the operator and there was no response. So I called customer care and raised a request for refund. No star for this bus service.
