The bus is the one shown in the picture, an almost new MG Glider. No surprises there. The journey was generally smooth until Kerala. Except for these, everything went wrong. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, but the bus only left its parking 15 minutes after I reached my boarding point, and the bus to pick me up was 45 minutes late. The blanket had a bunch of hair, and the window glass had oil from someone's head during the previous journey. The dinner break was at 11:45 PM, after almost 5.5 hours. How are people supposed to stay hungry until then? There was an almost hour-long fuel stop before this, with refuelling happening after 45 minutes. There was no urgency. The dinner stop was at a disgusting hotel, and I arrived at 10:15 in the morning instead of 7:30! It could be far better considering the service provided by other operators on this route.
