I recently traveled from Vijayapura to Bangalore, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The seats were very uncomfortable, and because of both the uncomfortable seating and the way the bus was driven, I experienced significant back pain during the journey. The curtains were poorly arranged and kept flying due to the wind, making it difficult to sleep. The bus windows were extremely tight and could not be opened or closed easily. The boarding process was also confusing. My ticket mentioned a boarding time of 8:45 PM, but I received a call asking me to reach the boarding point by 8:30 PM, even though the bus departure time was 9:00 PM. Better coordination and communication would have made the experience much smoother. Overall, the comfort, driving quality, and boarding management need significant improvement.
