I am extremely disappointed with the driver's behaviour. Even when we had an emergency, he refused to stop. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and unfair to passengers. I have booked tickets with Dugamalleswari Travels many times, but I have never experienced such a disappointing situation before. This experience has completely changed my opinion of your service. From now on, I will not book tickets with your travels again, nor will I recommend your service to anyone. I hope you take this complaint seriously and ensure that such behaviour does not happen to other passengers.

The bus driver of this bus behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. He forced us to pay extra money for our children. Instead of giving us the seats we had booked, he gave our children the cleaner’s seat. On top of that, he threatened to drop our children off the bus. This kind of behavior was completely unacceptable. We are very disappointed with the service. Please take strict action against the driver and ensure that no other passengers face such treatment.

Timings is good. Cleanliness is good, staff is helpful. One AC vent broken to stop, hard to sleep, air comes to face. L8,9. Lot of mosquitos.
