My dropping point is Gajuwaka but they said bus won't go that side and dropped me in Anakapalli bypass.

Maintenance inside the bus is poor. The bed sheets are not changed. The blanket is horrible. If you want to travel in hygienic conditions with your family, please avoid this bus. It is an old bus and they are not maintaining it well.

Non working AC, bus stopped and passengers were left roadside with no facilities of toilets, food. No response from staff regarding the possible time of resumption of journey. Took more than 5 hours during dinner time, with no food availability. Irresponsible management, no thought of alternate arrangement. To have a hassle-free and timely journey, preferring other non-AC bus is highly suggestible, even if the fare in this is far less than that of a non-AC bus.
