Bus was subpar to what expected, we will need refund for this worst journey from the travels.

My trip was really bad. I kept calling from 3 pm asking how I would track the bus and what the bus number was with the travel agent, but he told me he would respond one hour before the trip. The departure was at 8:30, but it was 7:30. You were supposed to tell me, but there was no response. I kept repeatedly calling and he told me the bus was not going today so there was one non-bus option to travel with. I did not add any other option apart from cancelling, so I agreed, but they did not give me the seat properly. They gave me the backseat even though I paid so much for an AC sleeper. It was non-AC, such a bad city. I did not even imagine this and will never go with private buses anymore, switching from AC to non-AC. Also, I am not aware and was supposed to reach the destination by 8:30, but now it is 1:30. Still, I am on the way with such a bad experience.

They changed the bus at the last minute because of the chaos caused during the seat selection process for the passengers.

Bus went completely off route, went through hills to pick up and drop more random people on the way. Was 6 hours late and to cover up the time due to the route change, they did not stop anywhere for dinner or breakfast and hardly stopped once for washroom. ETA was 4:30 am, we reached 10 am.

Worst service and a very disappointing experience. Our bus was booked for 8:20 PM, but we were only able to board the bus at around 11:30 PM, causing us significant inconvenience. The bus facilities were also extremely poor. The AC was not functioning properly and was leaking, making it very uncomfortable and impossible for us to sleep properly during the journey. We paid almost ₹XXXX per seat, expecting a proper standard AC bus with good facilities. However, the bus was more like a local bus with very basic facilities and did not meet the standard of service that was promised at the time of booking. Considering the 3 hour delay, poor AC condition, lack of basic facilities, and the overall inconvenience caused, we request a full refund of the ₹XXXX paid per seat. We believe a refund is justified given that the service provided was significantly below what we paid for and expected. Kindly review the issue and process the refund at the earliest.

Too much noise, unexpected guests are getting onboarded and deboarded in between. No stoppage for washroom and food. Bus is too late because of their mistakes.

Had the worst experience, first there was AC leakage on my seat, had to sit on a wet seat for a whole hour, after 1 hour of complaining, finally got another bus. The other bus driver was so rude and he took a different route so as to onboard locals at XXXX per seat for a seat for which I paid XXXX. At one point there were 10 people sitting on a single seat, this was completely unsafe, driver did not even give us water and did not stop for neither washroom nor for food. We boarded the bus at 6.00 PM and now it was 9.00 AM and he still had not stopped for food. Would not recommend anyone to travel by this bus.

The driver is one man army. No extra person other than the driver, so he has to manage everything. His customer dealing is really good. Also, driving skills are great. Punctuality: 4.5 out of 5 (only 20 minutes delayed). Rest stop hygiene: 4 out of 5 (Mavinagudi was the location, toilet is average, multiple restaurant options including pure veg, but dishes were limited and food was also okay. Snacks and water provided by the driver in the beginning. The only negative was the bus was a bit old. Overall, appreciate the driver. Started from Go Karna at 6:08 pm on xx/xx/xxxx, reached Marathahalli on xx/xx/xxxx around 6:30 am.

Don't ever take this travels. They just try to scam you for money, they try all means to try and stop you from getting into bus by sharing wrong driver number, not calling before the pickup, and showing pickup location far from the actual, so that we miss the bus and they can run a passenger vehicle filling people from all stops without tickets where 4 people are made to sit in one sleeper. And don't even think of timing he made the 8 hours journey to become 15 hours.

I have never seen this type of worst time punctuality. Almost 3 hours late.
