Staff sold the seats offline. We fought with him and got the seats, and there is no proper window or air as it is the last seat.

I never travel this much bad bus. No one ever tries. At least keep stop for washroom and tell people we stop. Nothing like that.

1. They asked to change the pickup point. 2. Delayed the bus by more than 1hr. 3. No one called from bus, after I called redbus, suddenly they came in another connecting bus and said the bus has already passed the stop. 4. Once the destination had arrived, no one informed. I am not sure some people would have slept off and missed the stop. 5. There was no tracker throughout the journey. I could also hear other passengers complaining. Lack of coordination. Suggest owner to fix these issues taking it as a feedback.

No rest stop and no correct dropping point. They will say traffic in city and drop at any metro station near city outside.
