The bus seats are in poor condition. There is a lack of punctuality, and the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle need significant improvement. I request that these issues be addressed to ensure a more comfortable, punctual, and hygienic journey for passengers.

It is the worst experience I have ever faced. There is no timing punctuality. I had booked a sleeper XX, it doesn't even have a curtain, so forget your privacy. You will feel like going in a bus full of chickens. They do not have a charging facility. Don't prefer this bus just because of the low price. There are far better options like travels, only with an extra XXX.

I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Bhawanipatna. I faced the following issues during my journey. My boarding point on the ticket was mentioned as CBS Bus Station. When I reached CBS, the driver told me to come to LB Nagar instead. I had to travel there, and even after that, the bus departed approximately 4 hours late. During the journey, passengers seated opposite me spilled biryani onto my seat, causing inconvenience. The conductor dropped me nearly XXXX km away from Bhawanipatna instead of at my booked destination, forcing me to arrange additional transportation at my own expense. I request you to look into these issues and take appropriate action.
