When I enter the bus I am getting a bad smell. Unable to sleep properly because of that bad odour from the bed and curtain, don't know when they washed it. Totally waste of money. Please avoid this bus service and find another cleaner one. If they are doing business, they should learn and maintain proper cleanliness in the bus. And the bed is also not clean. Totally waste of money.

Bus not stopped at designated drop point. Thirty kilometres before, stopped and asked the lady passenger to get down from the bus in the early morning. With difficulties, got a cab and reached home. The lady passenger was alone and this type of behaviour is not expected. Requesting you to please take action. As per booking, please drop the passenger at the dropping point as per the reservation.
