There were no proper toilets where the bus stopped for refreshment. People were urinating at public places.

Driving was very harsh. I couldn't even sleep for an hour. I think I will never travel in this bus again in future.

They left me at the pickup point even when I was in touch. I had to travel to Jalahalli Cross bus stop to make it to the bus. The driver was ignorant. Very disappointing.

The overall journey was good. At the start, he drove very fast; that's why we were feeling like vomiting, but later it was good. Even though we reached a little late, overall the bus and the journey were good.
