Sri AVS Travels Bus Booking

I booked tickets from Perungalathur but when I reached there the bus operator asked me to come to Vandalur otherwise I would not be able to board the bus. So I took a cab for XXXXX rupees in that rain to Vandalur.

This bus goes to Guruvayur and online booking showed Ernakulam. Now I have to find another bus to go. All this after being late for 6-7 hours. Totally unacceptable. Bus does not have papers clear. It was all a mess. My whole weekend plans gone with the wind.

Very very worst service. Request all passengers do not travel in this bus.

No tracking, bus operating without paying tax. So do not book this bus ever.

There was absolute no punctuality.

4 hours late in dropping point.

Very poor service, rude staff and uncomfortable seats. The bus was already more than an hour late. I understand that heavy traffic can cause delays, and I am willing to accept that. However, even after arriving late, the staff delayed the departure further, saying they were waiting for additional passengers. When I questioned why they were still waiting for passengers despite the bus already being more than an hour late, the staff member responded rudely, saying, "get out of the bus." I have the recording and for sure I will file a case against service provider and that conductor who lacks basic common sense. This was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and proper communication, not such arrogant behavior. The seating was another major disappointment. The seat was extremely uncomfortable, and the reclining mechanism was unstable, making the journey unpleasant. I paid ₹xxxx for a non-AC seat. While I understand that this was a non-AC service, I expected at least basic comfort, punctuality and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, the service failed on all these fronts. Poor punctuality, uncomfortable seats and unacceptable staff behavior made this a terrible travel experience. I will never choose this bus again. I strongly recommend that fellow travelers consider other options before booking this service. There are better ways to spend ₹xxxx than dealing with such poor service.

Not picking up at boarding point.

Bus was 2hrs late. There was no option to track the bus location. They will not even call you when they reach the location and they will not pick up the call when we call them for location updates. They dropped everyone at Aluva and said the bus has some issue and they cannot drive further.

Reacted 4 hours late Aluva and vehicle got breakdown.
