Gone through recent reviews for the booking. But reality is very different. Poor cleaning and hygiene and odd smell inside due to poor maintenance.

The bus was said to be arriving at 9:30 in the evening. They called me and told me that they would be arriving at 9:15. Then, on my way to the bus stop, they called around 9:00 pm and told me they were already at the location. I told them I'll arrive at 9:30, and they started yelling at me on the phone, saying you'll be given some time; you have to arrive on time. Lol, list your timings properly. Don't make the customer struggle. Thank you, and I will never travel on this bus.
