Actually we booked boarding from one place. Initially, the driver called us and told he would come in another way that may not cross my boarding point. So instead of being there, he informed us to go to another stop which was 10 kms from there but later he came from the same way initially planned. He crossed my boarding point. That was very ridiculous and night time 1 am. How can you expect passengers to move from one point to another without any proper reason? Who was responsible if anything bad happened to passengers while moving from one place to another? Any passenger books boarding point as per his convenience, but asking to move from that point to another is not good.
