I will not be using your app anymore. I have also informed everyone in my office about this experience. I clearly selected Panjappur Bus Stand as the dropping point, but you dropped me nearly 10 km before the actual destination, near Chathiram Bus Stand. When I asked about it, they simply said that this is where the bus service ends and that they had mentioned the same through travels. This is extremely poor service. I have never faced such a bad experience with your service before. If you are going to mention a specific boarding point and dropping point, why are you dropping passengers 10 km before the selected destination? What is the purpose of mentioning the dropping point if the bus does not actually reach there? Very disappointing service. I will definitely raise a consumer complaint.
