I had a very bad experience. You didn’t drop us at the time you promised. I had already told you about my previous experience—last time, they stopped in Tenkasi to unload parcels and delayed us by almost 2 hours. You’re doing the same thing here. Also, why did you mention Alangulam if you weren’t going there? Very, very bad experience.

Seats were the worst. No working charging point was available. The bus arrived late at the pick-up point, yet there were no updates from the staff or anyone else.

Charging adapter is not working. They are not boarding the luggage; instead, they are boarding a lot of parcels. Rather than running a travels, they can run the Sree parcel service in sleeper seat.
