Very worst service, I have booked up to Vempalli, but bus driver dropped at Yerraguntla only. I struggled to reach Vempalli a lot.

Travel arrangements were okay, but I had an issue with drinking water. I requested a water bottle while I was still in Proddatur and was told that I could get it later. However, I did not receive any water bottle, and I had to spend the entire night without drinking water. This was very inconvenient and disappointing.
