Need to change the pillow, bed sheets, and blankets. The curtains are also not able to close completely, and the charging port has been broken. Kindly take these things and rectify them as you can. Apart from these, the journey was good.

I was travelling with my 3.9-year-old daughter. The staff behaved in a rude and disrespectful manner and showed no courtesy towards us. Being insulted in front of my child was very upsetting and unacceptable. Such behaviour can negatively affect a young child. I expected professionalism and basic respect from the staff, but my experience was disappointing. I request the company to take appropriate action and improve staff behaviour towards passengers, especially families travelling with children.

Rest stop is bad. We can't even enter the bathroom. There is a 500 km highway between Devakottai and Chennai, but they can't find a hygienic toilet. Pathetic...
