AC was not working and staff behavior also not good.

I had booked a ticket on 6th October 2026 at 9:55 PM from Chennai to Madurai so I waited in Pallavaram bus stand at 9:30 PM itself. I waited until 10:00 PM and no bus came. I called the bus operator at the time to check but there was no response from both numbers. I waited thinking maybe due to traffic it would come late. I waited after 11:00 PM and no bus came, and I waited until 12:00 AM and no bus came. I tried multiple times to contact the operator and the platform as well, but the bus operator number went switched off. I did not know if the bus was cancelled or if it would come late so I waited until 1:00 AM and no bus came. My program was cancelled due to this and my commitment was also cancelled. There was no information, no contacts, no live tracking, and no cancellation details on whether it was cancelled or not. Then I did not know why they were listing their bus without giving any service and just getting money. It was a scam. The next day I got a message to rate the trip. I had not travelled then how should I rate it. It was not cancelled and the amount was not refunded back. I selected an option with an extra charge where if it was cancelled I would get an extra 250 as a cashback but the trip was not cancelled, the operator was not contactable, no bus picked up, and nothing happened. They scammed the amount only for booking. Do not book the ticket here even if the price is too low, go with different buses.

Half hour delay for pickup and 3 hour delay for drop.

The bus timing was 9:50pm at Sholinganallur but I boarded on the bus at 12:30am. It was too late and driver did not respond to the phone correctly. Also the office numbers are useless. That number does not even have incoming call option.

No tracking, AC water was splitting, bus scheduled at 9.50 pm but came at 12.20 am worst service.

2 hours late to the destination.

Worst bus in my lifetime. I booked bus for 9:00 pm he comes at 11:40 pm and they won't drop in your exact destination. They say it takes time, so they drop according to their convenience. Don't ever try to book this bus.

No live tracking and not punctuality.

Bus brake down not response.
